I keep randomly asking myself "How much would a Turian weigh?"
Almost as many times as I ask myself, "What kind of kitchen knife should I buy?"

That or I'm using a knife intended for meat or something on fruit. That is entirely possible.
It's impossible to really determine more without knowing more facts about the internals. Muscle mass and carapace alone would make them heavier than humans, but the degree is still unknown until you factor in bone density.
