I can't imagine how steady your hands would have to be to accomplish that! Especially pulling the print from the water... no, laying the paper on the water and getting it to float without disturbing the picture, that would be the hardest part! But the results... you're right, they're so pretty!

It's not water, it's liquid starch. It's used in custom paper making all the time for some effects. Use to do it in high school.
