Anyone in Montreal a kitty needs a good home, please help

Lucky is a male Samiese cat looking for a good home. He's 11 very friendly and loves attention
can't be with other pets unless he has his own place or else he will mark his territory he currently lives with 3 other cats so he would be ok if he had his own space. He is neutered declawed and an indoors cat. He will come with food and litterbox and blankey.
I can`t take him I have mild cat allergies and my husband has sever cat allergies.
He must find a home by July.
My friends bf broke up with her and left his 11 year old cat that he has since it was a kitten behind. She has 3 cats of her own and must find homes 2 of them. Only Lucky is left in need a home, he is a very nice cat.

Handa, I already have a cat and by you saying that he needs his own territory, I can't even take him and I am a cat lover.

he is ok as long as he has a room where he can be alone without other cats
