MY POINT IS: does anyone know some way to Self Dicipline yourself? i think it might help me get out of these habbits, and its better than waiting for an inspiration since i'm already depress/agry inside.

Well set a schedule for yourself. What time to wake up what time to sleep. Stick to it and let nothing stop you. Slowly expand it to other stuff.
To have discipline is to have the convictions. Without a strong belief or desire it's impossible to achieve one. Though I hope you can..

No problems lol also eating bland-er food helps a lot. After all everything start from inside. If you feel healthy it makes it easier.

that'll be tricky even some freash food can be more expensivwe than junk food. money's not really on the table ya know?

and I dont meant fresh food hehe. I meant cut down on the seasoning and eat them bland-er.

BTW; depression can make things worst, including progress right?... any suggestion?.....

Well depend on what your depressions are about and most important things is to know where the root is and solve it. Also get to know yourself at the same time. That's part of the progress of self discipline. After all self discipline are self control.

Oh and about the depressions.. It's a kind of double edge sword. If you knew how to handle it it can aid you in the progress. Just don't wallow in it and you will know only through yourself.. I can't help much after that. Sorry.

Yep, a strong and fairly rigid routine is a great way to stay motivated. Everything seems a lot more organized, then. Make sure you get enough sleep and don't eat too much junk food!
