been two days now and my laptop has been over run by some virus that doesnt seem to be able to get lost, all warnings are blinging red but i cant do anything about it, iv tried every virus/anti spy program but i still get danger pop ups nearly every second (angerrrrrrr)

if you can get to the website's online scaner it will kill the virus and all of it's rootkits.
adding more antiviruses than 1 is a bad idea
also theres fake antivirus and antispyware so beware
If they do, and you have access to another computer you can google the process name and find a fix most likely. If that doesn't work, or if the mentioned above programs dont fix it, you may be looking at a HD wipe to get it fixed. If it comes to that, have someone who knows how to do a 'low level format' do it for you or tell you how. Otherwise you might just get infected again.
