I'm not sure yet. but I think it's too similar. So I'm still thinking what I should do next.
Report DA? nah. They don't care about design tracing. I've had experience with this subject before. believe me.
I've informed WildSpiritWolf what I found. hopefully I might just get a response of what I/we should do next about this.

Costs :
10 USD for a sketch.
15 USD for ink without color. no bg.
20 USD for ink and flat colors without bg.
25 USD for an inked and quick shaded (cell or soft) artwork. No fur detail. simple background.
30 USD for fully colored with fur detail. With my best shot at shading and my best background.
+2 USD for each extra character. :D
+2 USD if you'd like me to add bg for the "without bg" quality ones.
For character sheets,
20 USD for 1 full body flat color.
+5 USD for each extra view of full body flat color ( like back view or side view )
+2 USD for each close up details. ( like paw shot or head shot or tattoo detail )

I don't think it's traced, but certainly the pose has been used.

It looks as though they referenced it o: but one of the back paws does indeed look the same as the main artwork like could possibly match up if overlayed but all I can see is that they referenced it's pose as close as possible
