Well, after years of reading about it happening to other people via their journal, the tragic event known as hard drive malfunction has finally happened to me. I don't think it's anything serious-- just the power cord shorting out-- but man... like 99% of my stuff is on my external hard drive. Now I have to send off for a replacement power cord and I won't be able to save anything until it gets here.:(
