Moisture is the essence of wetness.
If you were to have two options in life, one being that you live as an animal with your full conscious thought but only living out the remainder of your lifespan and the other is being immortal but only as a what you are right now(forever). Which would your choose?
I Would most likely jump at the chance to be the animal I've always wanted to be, even if it would mean I would only live so many years.

Seeing the word "immortal" automatically makes the choice a no brainer.
I have this thing about saying things that make perfect logical sense to only me.
Basically what I meant, since this is a fury website, would you be a furry poser for eternity, or live a limited lifespan to become the animal you think you should be?
