Hmm, I gotta think about this. I used to bake a lot, but not so much anymore.

First idea: Chocolate peanut-butter caramel oatmeal cookies :P
Basically make chocolate chip oatmeal cookies, but add peanut butter chips and caramel/butterscotch (either is good) chips. Also grind half of the oatmeal in a processor and reduce the amount of flour by about a little < 25%.

Second Idea: Chocolate stuffed Chocolate cookie stuffed Cookie
Make the dough for chocholate chip cookies, but don't add the chips.
Divide the dough into two even parts. Add Cocoa powder and melted chocolate chips (not too many, but enough) to one part of the dough.
Make a small ball of choco cookie dough and put a Hershey Kiss in the middle.
Cover the choco ball with an equal amount of regular dough.
Place the ball(s) on a tray and bake (at a slightly lower temp (less 25F))

Both have been made in some way or another, and are tasty :P
