I've met a dog that reminded myself of me. It was scared of the world and lost trust of everything around it. Understandably so, after all that's happened to it. It didn't matter who approached her, she would shy away. Even from myself who had taken the pain away and offered food. Still, she will come around, just give it time. There will be times she will breakdown and run away from all. But being shown patience and understanding, she will come around and make a happy owner one day.
