Hmm, I've listened to it a few more times, and come to about the same conclusion as you have as for the general pronunciation of it, and I've still no luck on finding a lyrics page (I'm bad at googling in anything other than english, it seems >.>;;). I'll continue looking a bit, but all I seem to be digging up are those really fishy sites that somehow involve procuring MP3s in 'legit' ways (whether they are or not is beyond me).

Although now I'm a bit curious, might I ask what you have planned once you're 100% sure? :3

I shall become a Russian pop sensation with copy and pasted songs that have no true meaning, but have killer beats. I will become a super sensation with my original lack of originality, and once I have control of the country's hearts... I will move into the political officials and convince them to make me their king. I will then rule with an iron fist of justice and partial democracy where anything I say is still right!

Wouldn't it work to the same effect if you were to do the same thing in America or a similarly pop-culturally-culturally-devoid setting? I mean, if people can get rich(er) by singing about being rich, I'm sure with a slight shot of subtlety, you could not only top the rest, but work in subliminal messages into your songs that would influence their political sway toward a party whose candidate(s) are just figureheads for your reign.
Although I have yet to hear a killer beat in a pop song, so I guess your plan might turn out to be more directly productive in the short run, as well as more indirectly productive in the long run if you happen to become popular enough to inspire copycats who would in turn (assuming they themselves become popular as well) influence the genre to your very whims.

But then again, I'm not a very good schemer, so you shouldn't take any of this with anything less than a few spoonfuls of salt.

Wouldn't the looming threat of mutual annihilation (involving counterattacks staged by otherwise completely uninvolved countries) keep anyone from taking any of those type of threats seriously though? If you want the oil countries while leaving yourself intact, you might want to go the route of an infantry war.
