Nothing like coming home from trying to wind down from a lot of head trouble lately to have your ex gf message you telling you shes being fucked by her new bf cause he likes knowing i get to listen to it to piss me off...... some people should be shot.

If anything, if she pulls something like that again, say something like "That's all good and great cause this just proves to me that you're nothing but an empty shell of a vindictive person that must validate yourself thru my misery. Have a good life, bye." and hang up.
It may be harsh but people like that need a slap in the face to maybe even realize how harsh they are being themselves. I've sadly had to do this a few times in my life.
Block her number and just don't deal with her. This is one of many reasons i dont date women.
