I know how ya feel man....since i had to stop seeing your uncle it seems anger is all i can feel...i find myself angry at everyone and everything.
ive been doing everything to keep it reignd in...but sometimes...when something or someone hurts me...some of that anger slips out and i end up verbally lashing out at the nearest person available...which only makes me angrier...i HATE losing control of my emotions and upsetting friends....thats why i do everything i can do to vent and such to keep from lasing out in pain and anger
