Very Interesting. Though I do believe the "how many ______ does it take to change a light bulb" was creative idea to make sure people didn't fall asleep and keep them listening. and then get back to the subject. An amazing way to teach someone and get them to retain what they learned ^.^

He seemed to speak a lot without saying anything substantial, I couldn't watch more than 10 minutes of it.
He could have been more succinct.

Yeah. It could be a bit more condensed, but I think the first 10 minutes gets most of the points accross. - Beyond that he goes into how one can become more open, to allow for creativity to happen.
