Project Update!

I haven't been the most active online lately, but I have been making plenty of art. ;)
I've hinted before a few times that I've been working on a large project, and it's getting closer to release, and the preview site is up, so it's time for my announcement!
It's a card game based in the Nordgard universe, from the graphic novel by

I've been doing graphic design on the cards, as well as a few illustrations.
It's an interesting project, and the illustrations I've been working on are rather different from my standard work, so it's an excellent learning experience, too.
The rounds I got to participate in while playtesting were rather fun, so it's been a very positive experience, overall. :D
So, I'll do my best to answer questions that aren't spoilers.
Spoiling too much would make the release less interesting, after all. ;)
After that, I do have several sketches that I'm looking forward to finishing.
Then I can apply some of the techniques I've been working on to some more epic dragons and fantasy art.

It isn't all that much like either one.
It's more of a cooperative adventure game, and kind of toes the line between card game and board game in a way...
The location cards make the map, and you have to try and reach a destination. The characters that you pick have different bonuses and attributes, too.
For instance Pi and London will be more helpful in combat than the others, while Nickel is more of a scout.
Getting to work on the design side of things is rather fun.
I'll do my best on this, as well.

And, yes. Even though I haven't posted any art recently, I've definitely been putting more time into it.
This is definitely an interesting project to work on.
