My suggestion would be to get in contact with other juvenile (under 18) furry's in the area and set something up yourself that is age appropriate.

Until you're at least 18 you are going to find that your options are going to be limited. It sucks, but in a couple more years you will have the rest of your life to do whatever you want.

shit, do you hit it hard once the party starts? lol. Things would be getting started at around 9:00 or later when most of the people arrive. It's ultimately up to you on how you party! ;)
