health advice? any help is welcomed

heya guys!!
im trying to lose weight for a trip coming up here in a couple of months and its been very slow progress lately.
i go to the gym every day and do about 40 mins of cardo then stretch for about 10 and then do weights.
but its still not going as quickly as i would like .
I was wondering if anyone had any advice or tips or anything that could help me it would be greatly appreciated.
no work out advice? well do you have a recipe thats healthy and good for you? that would be awesome
or maybe just some encouragement. a little encouraging goes a long way in my book.

and dude i would loove some recipes from you sometime. cause one i wanna coook better but also just wanna eat better... my diet has gotten beter.. but its still not perfect :/
One of the questions is, do you feel good? You're going for weight loss but staying healthy in training is more important.
You're already tackling the hardest part which is the will to do it which is why I know enough but haven't gotten back into it.
As for the diet, I mostly just ate the same but less of it. I cut some things out, such as sodas. It's still possible to lose weight while not cutting things out but the more fatty and sugary things you cut out helps. If you want to be strict with the diet, eat only natural things like meats, fruits and vegetables, drink only water. stuff like that. Just make sure you eat enough so you don't feel drained.
i do feel better.. so that is good, and im losing weight.. its just going very slow. and i just wanna expedite it a little faster. but thanks.. i'll try to just eat natural things, that seems like a good strategy
