So I just got an idea in my head. I have most parts of an 11th doctor cosplay outfit so what if I finished it? I am in search of a red fez and a red bow tie (both of these I can probably easily find at the local goodwill. I will also be taking a trip to the local hardwear store to look for parts for a sonic screw driver. I doubt I will be able to make it with actual lights and sound but id rather have one that feels right in my hand than have one that makes noise
