A little annoyed at the moment

Always....
I just tried winning something in an auction on here, and I did win but there there was an extension in the time. Something about some fucking 'sniping' rule. What the fuck is up with that?
It just seems to be some stupid excuse to get money more money. I've never been in an auction that had a 'sniping' rule.
People should just pick a fucking time and STICK WITH IT! I sure hope those people get in an auction and they get stuck with a fucking 'sniping' rule.

That's laaaaameeeee, the whole purpose of an auction is for people to go against each other in order to win. Whether or not that involves 'sniping' shouldn't matter. People just need to learn how to lost with style >.>

In all fairness, that is why auctions get extended five minutes (or whatever the case may be) whenever a bid comes down to it at the end. People who jump in with ten seconds left to bid on an item after two other people have been trying to get the same item is completely unfair. That is how internet auctions have always worked to prevent that from happening and allow the other person to have a chance to respond. Yes it get's the seller more money, but it really depends on what the people value it at. If you aren't willing to spend then don't place that high of a bid.

Or, instead of auctions, what we do is have a "demand and supply" rule. Someone demands something, and if it's possible, it gets supplied.
