FA Admins need a wakeup call...

So there have been a number of image deletions and user suspensions from various FA Admins over images that they feel are...too explicit.
Images like, for example, a fursuiter, in fursuit, wearing a harness.

However, on the chance that Admins decide to remove that journal for being...oh, i dunno....overdramatic...I'm gonna just post the whole thing...BELOW!
After all, FA has its share of Admin decisions which were ridiculous and unwarranted.
So...if you feel like complaining, please send notes of complaint to any and every admin you know of...a mass bombardment of complaints will hopefully rectify things. They can't ban everyone...if they did, they wouldn't have a site left...and who cares if FA sinks...there are a number of sites elsewhere that offer everything FA does, and more.

Many of you are already noticing many, many journals of upset and angry member here on Furaffinity, because of what they are doing lately, with many users submissions. I have to agree with most all of them, is that either one or more of the "admins" have taken down what they believe are suggestive photos or pics.

From wha i can see, i understand and agree some of the point of view of the "original" reason for some of the photos of the past that were definitely far to "explicit" that should be here, but what is happening now is gone a bit to far.
A fursuit wearing a harness is NOT adult or PORN photos. Photography of a fursuit with the caracters puplically-wearable gear, props, or garb on their fursuits is in most of these cases nothing more than their caracters harmeless personality.
I am seeing photos of suits with harness on them being removed, and many of these photos are suits with gear that are completely public safe, and seen them wearing them at conventiones, meets, and so on.
*** Recently both my assistant lavshep lavshep and his mate howiepup howiepup were rediculously & inappropriately suspended for 2 weeks for having what some FA admin claims as "suggestive" , and when i seen that photo i realized of how rediculous & inapropriate the suspension was. ( and they have not yet to even recieve a proper "reason" note as far as i know.
After the work got around at FCN this past weekend of the rediculous suspensions, there was a shockwave of hate and dislike for FA and the actions, even some of the most well known and key members of our community that were at FCN was discusted of the suspensions of Lavshep and Dershep, and supported them.
I am asking you as every legitimate and honest member of FurAffinity to support Lavshep & Dershep, and the many, many other members who are having their photos deleted for such a rediculous reason, to post a journal now on the same nature as this showing your concern and dis-taste of the direction FA and its admins are going.
- from past experience,( including that I have been in this fandom for well over a decade and learned a fiew things over the time) and been an Administrator of various forums, boards, & sites, and even automotive sites a 100 times bigger than Furaffinity is, and i have witnessed actions of admins here lately that have shown incompetence and even bordering on the rediculous-level and even venturing beyond the "UAP " and " TOS" of FurAffinity, and sadly i can also see a trend happening here, that has happened in a fiew other places that eventually led to a shrinkage of membership and even as far as their demise.
nobody wants to see FA go in that direction, where members are no longer feeling comfortable here no longer, and simply go elsewhere, ( which already that trend is begining from what i can see.)
- FurAffinity once was a fun and great place to browse and be, but now from what i have been reading lately on FA, and the discussions and feelings of a growing number furs at the last weekends' Furry Connection North convention, its not looking good.
whether or not the owner of FA or the competent Admins understand or listen to its members will determine FAs' future and its strong member standing, only time will tell, but i firmly believe that FA should be a community that is here for what the majority of the furry fandom wants and wishes, and not fall into a direction of censorship of everything except clean drawn art driving all the good, honest members away from here.
For those who think im being disrespectfull to the site in any way i am not. i have respected FAs' UAP and TOS & its creators right from the beginning of FA, - This journal and the many other journals of other concerned members is just some plain and simple advice and suggestions on that some of the actions being taken are wrong, un-warranted, and not thought out and should be seriously re-thinked, and corrected.
Honest and good-standing members here on FA and in our community are being instantly suspended or banned even without a note to tell them to remove "certain" images, or a warning, or whatever the caee, and from some of the rumors and words that were going around FCN this weekend there is even people claiming "favouritism" and corruption occuring here among the Admin staff of FA, not if people are already talking about those serious things by the end of a big convention, there must be somthing very wrong here.

Also, I have to question if these so called admins have even been trained in any way!
Still, if you're the site owner, you need to ensure that the people you set as Admins have the intelligence and maturity to do the job, not play Gestapo at will.
