The title of this journal is more of a rhetorical, but everyone can discuss amongst themselves. Even though I don’t have proof I still believe that there are “bad admins” here on FA. I know there are people who agree with me and there are those that I am text messaging and instant messaging currently. I’m not going to name faces and point names of those who I talk to about this because I am not going to put those I know in the cross fire. The quotes and information are for you to judge and speculate on, I am just telling you what I see and how I feel and/or might go about this. This is not a hate journal towards all the admins just food for thought and discussion. If you can’t find these quotes then the journals were deleted. Again this is not intended bashing on anyone just pointing this out about admin staff as a whole

But in a journal that  Dragoneer posted one person said:
I know you're probably going to ignore this, but honestly, I think you need to remove all current mods and start finding new ones that might not pull shit like this. I don't know much about the pictures that got deleted, but it seems like once a week some drama over shitty admining stirs up.
Before I even go onto another thing someone said in the chain I need to say I don’t believe in cutting every admin personally to nip a problem in the butt. I know it would remove those individuals that should not be an admin from the job; instead it would remove good ones too and put more bad admins back in the place of those removed eventually again.

Dragoneer goes on to reply with:

I agree with him that not all the admins should be cut because of the problems cause by a couple bad admin.

I then state a fact and something from personal experience that I have encountered:

If you so call own the web site or are the head admin you need to be that head admin and not treat the other admins as you buddies and treat as if they were your employees. But this is how it looks for us when looking from the inside of the fish bowl towards all the admins you have under you. It's even sad that there are some of us who have gone to you about something and me personally hearing a few people say you have ignored them and not gotten back to them about a problem.

Honestly if I were an admin here I'd take it seriously like I do my job even if I get paid for what I do ON or OFF the clock. But you do seriously need to think of a way to punish the admins even if you wont cut one or two of them, but punishing them will get them to think about their actions and what actions the other admins are taking and how they are taking them.
In the first part of my comment I made, some if not most of us can agree that this is something that they see at work. I know I have because I have been punished along with the rest of my department, because of people messing up with inventory, petty employee theft of company property, or for not properly helping new employees learn their responsibilities. In my second even though I admit I am calling  dragoneer out it is with reason to say that if you are the owner of a web site or a manager at work you have to take some time to monitor those under you even if it is for a few minutes a day or a couple hours a week. As well as saying where “we” the “users” stand and see how the admins operate from our perspective when using a metaphor in a way that it looks like from a person looking to (the) god(s)/universe. And in the last part of my comment I am comparing being an admin to how I personally am at work. Because of having attempted to go through United States Air Force basic training I have taken one thing with me and try to hold the core values of integrity, excellence in everything we (I) do, and service before self. I even admit that I sometimes stray off that path and have hurt a few friends feeling by acting like something I am not, taking some things too seriously, or being irrational and not taking that moment to slow down and look at the big picture. I do stand by what I said that all the admins need to be punished for what other admins have done so they know what is happening and not lose sight that even though they don’t get paid they should still act like it and be a bit more professional at the job they were given.

Again this is not intended for bashing on one person but examination/speculation of the admins as a whole. Like  Dragoneer being aggravated I am as well with the whole admin and I am trying to write this journal with a level head.

However I can’t agree with the future removal of the fursuit (adult) section to be removed because I know a lot of those or still pretty tame for FA. I have not EVER posted a photo that is no more suggestive than showing my butt in suit, lifting my tail, and bending over in suggesting ways but still quite tame. Anything that is of the XXX adult nature I’d upload to a fetlife, xtube, or my own personal photobucket before I would post to FA because this is where I choose to make my first impressions and second impressions in the fandom.
