The gym

Ok, so I joined a gym. Did 30 minutes today, I'll gradually get to where I can do an hour. I did about 10 on stationary bike, 10 on the treadmill, and a little over 5 on the pullup machine. The pullup machine made me hurt the most, gonna have to do it a lot though, I need to get to where I can do pullups without the counterweights. Current weight, 280-290, goal 230-240. I'll be happy if I can lose 40 pounds, I'll be ecstatic if I can lose 50 pounds, and if I can get down to 200 I'll be pimpen.
