Hey there all you tech savvy people.
I have a problem.
I'm on a new computer and somehow. I have absolutely all the FILES for it, but not the installer.
Humor my ignorance and tell me
A) Well then you're shit out of luck dude
B) You idiot all you have to do is...
PLEASE HELP! Or I will not be able to finish the commission I'm on.

by all the files for it you mean...? are you trying to reinstall photoshop?

Okay see. When I installed it previously I somehow installed all the files to my portable hard drive. Now that hard drive is hooked to my new computer.

and you're missing an install file? or do you mean the actual program file (like photoshop.exe)

When I click ont he PS icon a grey window pops up then disappears immediately.

Do you still have the serial for it? Or access to a Serial for it? If so downloading the trial is akin to downloading the full version of photoshop. Even if you don't have the serial, you'll have a month to get one while still having full access to everything photoshop offers. The trial downloads are pretty scary fast for downloads, so if you're in a crunch you could try that D:

I have no info on that happening to me, I have just the photoshop 3 edition but I wish you luck. If you finish mine i'll think of commissioning you again.
