Ok, this is a huge work in progress, and I finally Finished! Yays!
My Alopex,

Day to day Time drags its heavy head.
We’ve found each other now through endless searching,
Yet across the plains I know you’re also waiting.
I feel so close, yet I am so far…
Our love is an object, precious, and pairs us together.
I’ve never felt this way about any other person.
I’ve searched for a lifetime to find a mate like you,
And you continue to discover the love in my heart.
You’ve turned to others and not found deep love like this.
I’ve come to the ruins of your broken heart,
Your desire is a treasure that I have uncovered and found deep inside,
And yet, still, I have never had to search for it.
I feel a gentle touch, and you are there;
Your kisses caress my neck and shoulders,
And I reply with a loving embrace and a gentle nuzzle.
Your head upon my chest is an indescribable solace.
Now this time, this night of new maturity
We’ve waited so long…
Your tears fall and mine do as well
For there is nothing more heartbreaking than to see you cry…
Holding you close in this luminous dark place,
I dry your tears as well as mine.
You come to me for strength, and I give it willingly.
You are my source of life, my spring of hope.
With my hands across your face, we smile together now.
I look into your eyes, the beauty seems endless.
You call me Love and, like a followed tune, my kiss meets yours.
Forever, now, this moment, this feeling of unsurpassable bliss.
You shudder and I grasp your shaking frame.
I hold you close to not let go
My grip is your comfort and strength,
And to this we both know…
My intentions are for only the best to happen to you.
You need not worry now, I am at your feet.
I offer myself, still you only desire my comforting words.
