Death in the family

My grandma on my dads side died, it's for the better as she was suffering very badly with sickness and Alzheimers. I don't know when the funeral is going to be, I don;t know if i'm going to be able to take it, this is the first close family member's death that i've experienced, i'm in a state of shell shock right now I think. Anyways, just letting you all know in case some of you talk to me and I seem weird or out of it.

If you do feel it, just cry. Just let it out.. otherwise it'll eat and eat and eat at you.
I almost lost a close loved one this very week.. and I'm thankful that things turned out better than my fears.
Never forget that even if all you have left are the memories, nothing can ever take that away. Not death, not time. Remember and cherish those memories, pass them on, and remember the ones you love..
And most importantly... Talk. Talk to those you love, let them know you love them. My biggest mistake was that I never got that chance and it hurts.
If you wanna talk or anything, or vent, we're all here for you.
ps: tl;dr. Disregard this I talk too much.
Remember what she taught you.. and live a small piece of your life in the way that will make her proud. Because she's now watching you from above <3
