I hate to be pessimistic but I strongly believe we will never find a cure for cancer. I'm sure hearing this will just piss off anyone who has donated money to the cause, but seriously.. Are bodies are not machines, you get out what you put in, and for all those people who spend their days filling themselves with chemicals, preservatives, booze and tobacco, there are obviously reproductions. Another theory I have is that perhaps at one time there was a cure for cancer, possibly in the south American rainforests. I believe this because the native people who lived there would have extremely good healthy long lives unless say bitten by a snake or something. But after decades of foresting perhaps the natural ingredients have withered away to next to nothing. I'm not saying we should give up, but perhaps there are better uses for the money than giving to say the Canadian cancer society who have been known to embezzle the crap out of it.
