I hate to say this but my current Job Situation is in the air. It turns out that Sprint is undergoing some major changes. Currently I'm not doing well in my job, I'm not able to pass a certain portion of my quality. In the past if my supervisor recognized this flaw, they would be able to implement an action plan, and I would be given an opportunity to improve, as it stands right now, they are not giving me that opportunity. If I fail, I move to a different level of repromand, until one day I'm fired.

A small part of me was in denial because, in the past, if you at least work hard and show that your trying, they will work with you and keep you on board, but I've herd some news recently that seems to confirm this current way of thinking. I've been working at this place for almost nine years and my job is on the line. I will do my best to try and overcome, but I have to consider my option.

If anyone know a good job, particularly call center related, or a job that does not require a lot of education (Associates) and pays fairly well, please let me know. I don't have a lot of options and somewhat desperate.
