Well I've been asked or better yet suggested to draw a Tallship. for anyone that doesn't know what a tall ship is, its a three masted old wooden vessel sometimes two masted. I've never set foot on one and only have very little image refrences mostly all the same angle so this really poses a problem for me. I am going to give it a shot but with haveing never seen one in person it makes drawing all the intricate detailing nearly impossible. Not to mention that tallships are covered in small peices and parts when it comes to drawing it. I may dummy it up a bit and just draw basics. Well have to see.

To really get all that detail in I may have to go and buy a 20x36 piece of special drawing paper. I just can't decide yet. I am suposed to put it on cloth for a flag so that means drawing line art and I am terrible with line art. I always draw with shading.
