okay, umm
Some of the Newgrounds people said I draw the same thing over and over
And well, it's really true
But dude, I just have NO idea how to like, break out of the same old same old. there always seems to be something that's exactly the same in everything I do
I mean, it's not even to the point of a style :/ I notice it myself but since I don't really plan to do much artwise (I'm not original enough) I usually never do anything about it...
yeah, and still, not too many people here are good at giving crit. but seriously
I'm too emotionally weak to deal with 4chan type people, though
... is it that I never use photoshop? XD
Lol my stuff is always traditional or something and I just abhor linearting on the comp
maybe that's it. lawl

FA+

That and the lack of background is usually the same white stuff... lol.
There are still good people on 4chan. Though I am not talking about /b/tards. Those types are too goddamn retarded these days. It was all fun and games until /b/ became overcrowded. Just ignore them.
And draw more!
And the samething... I think it's just a boring style ):
Athletic being more muscular?
And yes definitely action poses
I need to learn perspective so much D:< *work*
thanks for the comment. I guess I wasn't thinking too much about it still being a style.
<33
If you do want to start something new for you then go for it!
It can be hard to come up with something new, I know my brain has been horribly drained of ideas. if you where in my town I would say lets hop the train and go get some insperation down town at the art museums or at the ever cultural 16th street mall, but you can do that on your own too, find a freinf you like to draw with and go where you arethe most inspired. I hope that helps I'm behind ya babe.
I need to do more of both digital and traditional, though. coloring only for the latter lol
But yeah, thanks for the words. <3
I guess I shouldn't worry about the style thing so much
On the surface, a good portion of what you've posted is sketchy pencil art. So a five-second glance at that would make a person assume you're a one-trick pony and stop looking at your gallery. I'm pretty sure he didn't actually look at anything once he realized there wasn't any immediate porn to look at, so he just gave up and posted a comment. Being cynical gets you noticed more on the internet, so that's probably all it was.
However, I told you I'd give you advice so here's what else I can come up with.
Work more on perspective and backgrounds. You've got great anatomy and good poses, but setting is important sometimes and perspective makes pictures more lifelike and dynamic.
You've got a great style, and it works awesome for you. You're good at what you do and you can rely on that. However, you should experiment more. Try a different style of painting, or outlining, or anatomy, or whatever. Find different pieces by artists you like, and try to emulate them. You're probably going to fail at this when you're starting out, but keep practicing.
Just try to mix it up. It's easy to keep falling back on the same style, but if you're looking to break out of the same, be bold and try something radically different. After trying an aspect of a certain style, if you find it appealing to you, you can try working it into your style and see how it goes.
Also cocks.
But yeah that comment was actually shitty frickin helpful
Thanks a bunch uncle Scott <33
(Also FA is from when I actually used photoshop lol DA holds my recent laziness)
