Not a real shocker, seriously first time I saw Big Bang Theory, the t.v. was mute and I thought I was watching a gay-sitcom featuring a blonde chick.

Hmmm... first time I watched BBT, I thought the character of Sheldon was definitely gay. But then I got to know him better and found out he is asexual, so I had to ponder the orientation of the actor. But behavior itself doesn't qualify people as gay or straight, so there are no certainties anymore.

But now that it's clearified that Jim Parsons is gay, it's like "Well, duh!" XD

According to queer.de he is. But i had a feeling about this from the beginning i saw the show.

You should hear the german dub of the show, even his voice suggests that much xD

Well, considering that he's an actor and that nowadays we have the nice term "metrosexual", it's not a given anymore that certain characteristics and behavior qualifies one as gay.

But yeah, I heard the German dub often enough, and I bet you his German voice actor is not gay at all! XD
(Though now I am inclined to find out who it is...)
