Looking for AC roommates

we are looking for AC roommates.
Me and
are staying at the omni hotel june 13-18
there are some basic rules here is the info.
- Room will be at the Omni Hotel
- Room booked Wednesday, June 13 - Monday, June 18
- Payment will be requested upfront (can be full or half), no later than june 9 before AC
- Payment will be considered NON REFUNDABLE the Saturday before AC (June 9, 2012)*
- NO drugs/use of illegal substances, NO sex in the room, NO random people/friends in the room without permission and absolutely NO drama will be tolerated (alcohol will be allowed in moderation)
I know the rules sound like a stickler kind of thing but that is so that we do not face any unplanned financial hardships. I think many would agree that last minute cancellations can be a big inconvenience for the room holder. We sorta want the room to be a place to relax at, away from the loud chaotic noise that the convention has.
