So i wanted to do this...so here it goes :D if you have OCs too and you wanna flesh em out a bit and give them theme songs do it too :3
(thisll be a long one guys)
NOTE: though characters may be of the same name these are alternate universe characters, all human and in a steampunk dystopia earth far in the future
Tekrano-
Blessed or cursed as some might say with psychic abilities one of he oppressed homeless vagabonds discarded by humanity as half castes of the elves and thrown out of society but not forgotten by the eyes of the murky depths of the under cities. these psykers (to coin the 40k term) are followed by many rebellious young gangs as leaders and participate in gang wars, but tekra is but a young boy. no more than 14 and he hid away in the shadows confused by his expulsion from society living off of dustbins and eventually came to meet Raiko who took him in like a brother (but to raiko hes more like a son) he dresses in drab grey mouldy green and brown and has shaggy short blonde hair, straight but shaggy and unwashed. he dons a mask when running over the rooftops of the slums so as the guard dont recognize him stealing food and other provisions from the houses windows. he is of small stature about 155cm and skeletal in figure.

Raiko-
A slum wanderer of 32 years of age, but Tek thinks he's more around 24 and he hasn't disturbed his thinking of him being more of a brother, however his age makes him feel more like a father figure. he was exiled from the guard of the slum undercity at age 25 after he let a boy of 9 escape with some food rations from guardhouse. Ever since then hes held a hatred for the unfairness he see's in society and a grey calm demeanour about the guards like a bottled typhoon. the incident that caused him to be exiled gave him a softspot for kids and when he was 27 he found wandering a boy trapped into a gang conflict which he couldn't stop despite his best efforts and the cost of a few fingers and some internal injuries he still carries today, this boy died in a gang war and gaurds cleaned him up and took him to the pyres, he has since grown suicidal in his attempts to protect younger people as best he can just as he thought he was protecting the slums when he was in the guard. when he was 31 he met tek and has forged the strongest bond he could with tek with the young boy stealing him food and sneaking to the operahouse every month or so much to the delight of Rai's love of ancient romantic era music and Arias.
he has shabby long crimson Red hair and dresses in a long black trenchcoat from the guard with a torn grey top underneath his trousers are old black denim jeans torn in many places and his boots are worn leather. he stands 182cm tall and has a bit of gut due to food disorders.

Erin-
Erin is a woman of 22, stout in her beliefs that she must survive on her own and for herself she lives in one of the hive apartment blocks abiding to the law as best she can. she is a woman riddled with morals and arrogance and stubborn-ness something that has afforded her no love from any man or woman in her life she has fleeting meetings with Tek when he raids her apartment block and he educates her about him and the underlings plight, she becomes enamoured with the slums and becomes a missionary and is seen asa s aint among some of the underlings, as preached by Tek. she stays living in her apartment block under house arrest however after the guard shut down her preaching of intolerance toward psykers and wanting for peace and fairness to all be they elf half caste underling or spire dweller (the high city spires which house the rich and notable) Raiko has quite the fancy for her but hes too shy and aloof to say much.
She wears sensible Long skirts and blouses buttoned up fully, she has neat brown hair which she lets fall in a fringe and down to her shoulders when at home and tied in a bun when at work or out. her colours are predominantly white, dark green, black, dark blue and dark red. She stands 165 cm tall and has a very curvy appearance and a natural chubbiness but this doesnt harm her figure
She has a hatred for the underling women who she deems have no self respect and turn to prostitution which many of them have to do in order to survive and some even lose their lives doing such things.

Nero-
A child prodigy of robotics in one of the spire city's schools. He's 19 and stands 169 cm tall with an average build and wide shoulders and large bony hands and feet with small limbs making him seem more skeletal than an underling like Tek. His hair is black and well combed, parted on one side and combed over so as its length is hidden he occasionally dons goggles and lets his hair loose, in which case it falls straggled and curly to his shoulders. He wears a long black coat in the style of the guards as respect to his father and to command fear around him andshort cuffed lab boots and white trousers and a white buttoned shirt much like a lab technician.
He has an obsession with intellect and a disdain for anyone who cant follow his train of thought or cant pickup on an answer he deems perfectly simple, he was reverred by some and hated by many outcast in his school despite his living in the spires he felt as lonely and abandoned as an underling. His parents often worry about him but he takes no heed and he had already constructed a robot he named DAMARUSXCE (Damarus was the name of the first warship sent to the elf planet Nerved Ill marking his support of the war in heaven) by the age of 17 which he uses as his lab assistant in the lab his now university has given him out of fear of his rich and influential parents and out of respect for his own intellect, he is overall a narcissistic douchebag with a god complex but incredible intellect and determination and his arrogance rivals erin's. his father was the head o the guard when raiko was exiled and so he, along with the rest of the spires knows about him but not about Tek. he has no care for the underlings and feels they are a cancer on humanities side.
