Diet/Exercise Tips?

General
So...I'm going on a diet. And I'm going to start exercising too.
I hate my body. I hate knowing what I've done with it, what's been done to it, how it looks, how bad I am at taking care of the mess that's left of it. I hate the general make of it; I'm built to be heavy and curvy and super feminine and I don't want to look that way anymore. Unfortunately, cutting my hair won't do much for me; I can't change my bone structure or my height.
I'll start with the little bit I can change, which is my weight. I want to drop something like thirty pounds, most of it from my bust, if possible. I'd like to get back down to a C cup and 135 lbs at the most, which is what I weighed when I was actively riding and in good shape.
Everything I'm reading says to really burn myself out on cardio and reduce my calorie intake by a lot. That seems obvious, but is there anything else specific you guys would recommend? Some good low-calorie foods and meals I can make would be helpful too - I'm used to super carb-heavy, sugary, sporadic eating habits and that's not gonna cut it anymore.
I'd like to get a bike in the near future, but for now Carrot's convinced me to at least do sprints in our backyard. I'm reading some more stuff that says I should do upper body workouts to help shrink my chest but I'm not really sure where to start on that. I've never worked out before and I don't really want to build muscle, besides getting toned.
I can use any tips ya'll can supply me with. Thanks!

Or... or go with Aki's regime.
Though it doesnt activley show, Ive been loosing weight mostly by cooking things for myself. I dont know about your situation, but I cook for the family (chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, cream corn), then step aside and try my best not to gouge myself on that food, and make something for myself. (rice, small bits of lean chicken or pork, lots of chopped up veggies).
Its really a mental, and lifestyle change. Exersizing will help you feel better and more cheerful in general, and eating the right foods will give you energy to think clearly and not feel bloated or lethargic. I really wish you the best on this. <3 Sorry I dont have a big tube for you. 3:
That's a good idea though :o Got some specific recipes I could try out? <3 I like cooking so it'll be easy for me to do this c:
Also I DO oh man here they come:
The point to most of these recipes is moderation, and quality. Enjoying what youre making is great, and if you actually spend time to make it, you appreciate it more than just nuking up some easy mac. Some of my favorite recipes are...
.... Ill skype you them so they dont take up the whole journal. :3 xD
So I'm gonna start jogging around the neighborhood about an hour each day and eventually save up for a bike to start doing that alongside the jogging c: I'm also gonna do sprints in our backyard with Carrot but I hate running so blehh xD
And our area of Florida is all old people 8C so there aren't a lot of active communities in the area, there's a couple of shady looking gyms but I'm too shy and poor to go to those xD
- Carbohydrate
If you're not omgsuperduperactive carbohydrates are pretty bad for you. You need to exercise quite alot to get rid of those. So try eating less of those.
Protein is really good, so eat moar meat and fish and stuff. Or try finding those like protein drink things too perhaps!
And drink alot of water. Alot. Try to make it one of the only things you drink. ;_; (this part really sucks if you're addicted to soda like i am ;_;)
<i should probably follow this advice myself rofl.
But don't ever feel down about weight loss and stuff. It sucks and what works for one person won't work for someone else. I don't really eat unhealthily. I just eat at random times and i NEVER drink water. So thats the reason i'm not slim or whatever.
Swimming is good exercise if you live near or have a pool, since you're exercising everything when you swim C:
I'm 5'0 and yeah i'm not skinny or slim. I'd like to be but i really can't break my bad habits of soda ;.; So i envy you for being alot more motivated than i am XD Soda is just omg ;_;
But Bee! Only lose weight if you want to, and if it will make you happier. C:
We don't live near a pool I don't think but I can definitely start running c: And I just got a bunch of sweet recipes from Majorra that include lots of protein, so I'll be trying those out :D Thanks!
I can't stand tofu @.@ So I won't be touching that, haha. What's quinoa?
I'm only drinking tea, coffee, juice and water. So if there is any sugar cravings, juice will have to do.
For food wise, i recently stopped the vegetarian since it usually being too oily was not doing well.
I'm just focusing now on lesser carbohydrate and more protein.
Breakfast = eat the most, Lunch = eat moderate, Dinner = eat less. Of course, no supper.
Chocolate wise, i'm consuming plain 70% chocolate, apparently just eating for pieces would make me feel guilty already without all the nuts and other ingredients in.

Excercise:
Take up a sport, I'm in Archery now. Since my previous Taekwondo lessons got my parents worried from the fractures and KOs. and my previous Krav Maga lesson and Skating lessons too.
If your family and friends are alright with you getting hurt, have a go at combat sports, since it burns a lot of calories; train your mind; and that weird part of time slowing down when sparring... and self defence.. quite a lot of benefits in my point of view.
(crap, now you know i'm a combat person)
I might have to quit Archery soon, so I'll just exercise by brisk walking or something, if someone got shot (in the knee) or something. :\
I'm probably gonna take up biking and running mostly. That ought to help c:
This is what Jason does. 4-5 small meals a day. Pre-planned meals so that he can count every single calorie going in to his body. Sugar/calorie free only drinks. Lots of vegetables. Fresh veggies are difficult since they go bad quickly so if you can't do that, frozen veggies are just as good. Just make sure you're buying something that's not slathered in a butter sauce or something ridiculous. Frozen food usually keeps the nutrition and can be kept for MUCH longer. Also allows you to buy in bulk. Cut out sauces. Eat more salads.
Here's a break down of some of the meals he's had lately.
This mornings break: Omelet "muffins". Eggs, frozen vegetables, and low calorie turkey deli meat, baked in the oven in muffin pans. The turkey is used as a muffin cup, so it cuts out fatty oil and adds flavor. Low in calories, high in protein, very yummy!
For lunch he had a simple sandwich. White bread(which isnt great. If you're going to eat bread, he suggests something with nutrition like wheat bread. White bread is just calories, no nutrition but I refuse to eat anything else...), lunch meat(we get our deli meat in pre-packaged 90 calorie servings from Walmart), lettuce, horse radish(as opposed to mayo which has more calories), tomato, pickle. Small, light, and pretty low calorie.
Dinner from last night: Chicken breast baked with lemon pepper, paprika, garlic salt. These seasonings dont have any calories. The specific chicken we get is Harvestland or something like that from Walmart, and they come in pre-packaged, frozen pieces, which again, is awesome since they dont go bad as quickly. They're very juicy and yummy. This is coming from someone who used to HATE chicken. Serve with a few sides of veggies. Broccoli is good with a little salt on top. Skip the butter. Jason has a salad with Italian dressing(15 calories per serving). He got a new vinaigrette or something thats only 5 cal per serving but he prefers the italian flavor more. The key here is to actually measure the serving and not just squirt whatever.
Hope that helps. c: I also have a bike that you can borrow if you want. It's REALLY rusty and dirty but if it's washed off and the tires pumped, I think it'll work just fine. I rarely use it. I want to bike more but we dont really do it anymore.
I had no idea about the calorie thing - that's really good to know. D: I might take you up on the bike thing until I can buy my own...if it's not so rusty that it won't fall apart, that is. xD We have an air pump for the tires.
I already eat whole wheat bread; I refuse to buy anything else xD We buy the honey wheat kind that LOOKS like white bread but tastes like whole wheat and has a lot fewer calories (according to my mom, I trust her so I just keep buying the same thing I always bought...might switch to the brown kind if it looks like it has fewer calories though). The sandwich thing is a good idea, I don't eat even that many toppings on it, so just a sandwich and a pickle makes a decent meal for me.
That chicken sounds delicious. :C Think you could get him to write out a recipe for me? I've been collecting them and scribbling them down in a notebook so I can start planning my meals that way. I LOVE chicken. I got a really good recipe for low-calorie fajitas too; if you guys want to get together some night soon I'll make them c:
I don't like most sauces, dressings, or dips. One thing I actually was planning on making more often now is rice - plain sticky rice with Old Bay seasoning on top is delicious as fuck. And Jake really likes rice balls, so I'll be making him some plain ones and making myself ones with tuna and light mayo filling. :9 Mmm.
Thank you so much. Your walls of text are always so helpful <3
Buy chicken: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Boneless-.....easts/14244825
Take out one frozen chicken breast. Defrost. Bake at 420 for 24 minutes in a pan covered with tin foil. Once time is up, open stove. Is it sizzling? No? Leave it for a couple more minutes. Once it's sizzling, take it out. Cut it in half to make sure it's fully cooked.
Cut into bite sized pieces. Season to taste with paprika, garlic salt, lemon pepper. Mix it all up(should be really juicy if cooked right, so you should mix to get flavor all over). Serve! For two people.
It sets a serving size at 4 oz but we don't measure cuz we're lazy. Unfortunately they're not precut, it's just the whole breast. They leave you to figure out portions on your own.
I'm not sure exactly how many calories, but I DO know it's a weight watchers recipe. It looks like their point system is a fat versus fiber calculator as well as a calorie calculator, so 100 calories equals one point, and then -1/2 a point for fiber. It's complicated.
It's 4 points the way they make it but my recipe is slightly tweaked (marinade is a little different; all spices for the marinade are calorie-free, and no extra spices are added during cooking). I also plan to use whole-wheat tortillas and fat-free condiments (salsa and sour cream). Hopefully it's okay for him to eat it :C
