I'm considering making these for people, so far I've only learned 3 animals- wolves/ dogs (and I guess cats too if I make the ears differently), pandas/ bears/ and horse. I'm working on making an elephant and such still. I even came up with a wird but kind of cute plushie- animal bundles. They don't have their arms and legs xD Sounds awful I know, but it's so weird it's cute, I'll post what I have sometime and you tell me your thoughts.
