Ask the people who had paid to personally write in and question Paypals actions regarding their fully approved money transfers.

You have in no way breached their protocol as the service being provided is a artistic service rather than payment for adult material so they cannot in any way restrict your money access on such grounds.

The written approval and questioning of paypal account limitation from all/most paying clientel will cease any accusation on the point of you having somehow frauded them, etc.



And say that you will allow them no more than 48 hours to investigate before you'll consider it an illegal holdback of your digital currency and you'll see little alternative but to seek legal action against them if they cannot further justify their limitations upon your property.



I've found that most American companies speed up the process a whole lot when legal matters is being questioned.
And of course, being one of your paying clientel, I'll gladly write them if you want me to, just need a confirmation from you before I'd do it.

Well what I'm going to do first is call in, and politely remind them that their own website, and the information pages in the account stated that an unverified account can send up to $3700 a month.

If they refuse to budge on that notion, yes I will go that route.

That's a bit too nice of a way to put it. They're borderline criminal at times.

paypal sucks pretty hard, yes. but when you get a verified account, they give you way less shit. its kinda like getting verified is their way of sticking a kid infront of the tv instead of raising him yourself. id recommend get verified. then theyll stop paying attention to you till something really bad happens. i got verified and i havent heard a single thing from them in 2 years, till they blocked my account briefly, thinking ti had been hyjacked. so i called (With the phone number that a class action lawsuit had to make them put on the site) And had it fixed in 5 minutes.

The problem is I don't have a credit card nor do I have a bank account with which they want me to verify with. (it's a long story) When they say verify, what they actually want is a way to chase after you for money if they get stuck holding a negative balance in your name. c.c
