I don't know if anyone I know here plays, just wanted to get your guys oppinion on the new set and the new soulbound cards. Personally I think they are fucking awesome, what i have used of them is creamingly amazing!
Rough count I would say 1500-2000 cards. Here is pic of them laid out on my floor http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7902175/ . The deck boxes can give you a date estimate of some of the cards. Right now the boxes are only used for storage, so the decks aren't necessarily in them, but the cards are there. Have some from earlier as well.
Just at a quick glance and from what I remember, they go back to 6th edition. Might have earlier cards though, will have to look through them one of these days to find out.
Quite possibly, if the offer is right. If you give me time though I can go through them in more detail to give you a clearer picture of what I have. Might be a couple weeks though since finals are creeping up on me (next week), then I have a wedding to attend, then graduation.
The set, being as big as it is (255 cards), didn't exactly feel like it brought very much to the current type two in my opinion. But when playing the set alone, either during drafts or sealed, it seems really fun. I just wish the lack-luster rares didn't get pulled so often.
The soul-bound mechanic works well and definitely brings more strategy to the table.
Miracle on the other hand, I'm not to excited for. Not because of the effect per-say, but because it makes the draw phase something people have to take their time and think about, which could also reveal to your opponent a miracle card before it's time to play it.
and i must agree with you
