Upcoming commissions/quotes

Hey guys! I've had some inquiries so I thought I'd update you on new commission plans.
I want to finish a couple more projects in my queue before I take on anything else, so that I don't have a long scary list OR super-long wait times.So with that in mind, I am tentatively planning to open for quotes around mid-June. I hope to fill just a handful of slots, and this batch will be started in the fall. I'll post another journal closer to then with more details.
EDIT: I decided not to open until after everything in my queue is finished. Expect more info early fall.

Sounds awesome, I'll definitely keep my eyes open. Also, just randomly curious, will you do an artistic freedom or partial artistic freedom commission?

I hadn't really thought about it! I think that would be fun, though I can't really do any kind of discount at the moment (I'm not making any money yet, haha). But If you were interested I'm sure we could figure out an arrangement :) Maybe start with a budget and then design from there.

Cool :D One more thing, since I know you're a fan of canines, I am going to try and focus on non-canine characters this time. That's not set in stone, but all my projects right now are canines so I want to expand my portfolio :)

Oh no, I'm not a fan of canines per se, just never tried to make anything but a canine. I've got a list of non canine species to choose from that I'd like a suit of including any kind of bird/feathered creature, bighorn sheep, ram, any marsupial, red panda, Lemur, sabertooth, and even fantasy species like sergals, etc. So yeah, lots to play with :P

One last random question, and I realize this is very early in the game, but would you have a ballpark base price for a full suit? I realize that may change depending on design, options, etc. but I'd like to take a look at payment and start setting money aside earlier rather than later =^.^=
