after promising to get more in shape, i made my own routine. i do this 3 days a week IN ADDITION to zumba classes every tuesday, regular strength and cardio training at the gym twice a week, cycling, walking and gym 2-3 times a week at school.
i did 30 seconds of each activity, with 15 seconds rest in between. i repeated some excersizes.
jumping jacks
high knees
mountain-climbers
sit ups
planking
my abs were burning at this point, so i took a minute rest to catch my breath, stretch a bit and drink some water.
towel chin ups
lunges
jumping jacks
modified double elbow crunches
then i cooled down with some simple stretches and i was done! this whole work out took me about 7 minutes or less.. i didnt time the total work out. i can already feel the difference. my whole body is sore but im not losing willpower! the key to this is perseverance. comment with any questions or if you'd like me to demonstrate any of these for you so you can do them too

Hydration and stretching before and after exercises, so you don't hurt yourself. ^w^
