Hey guys so I am taking my take home constitutional law exam all day today. I have to write a supreme court decision (the majority and the minority using precidents) on free speech within the context of a hypothetical statute banning same sex marriage. Harder than you think, moral answer is easy but unfortunatley you cant make a moral arguement in a legal case. so yeah....
