What makes me sad is that this level of animation is being done... only for MLP. I think I'm pretty much stuck in the "I don't like MLP" zone, so I can deal with myself for not liking it for that reason, but...

Why is it so hard to find good animation like that for something else? ANYTHING else?!

...I do see what you're saying. "If you want to see other things, then pay for those other things." My simple reply would be, "It's not about my paying for them. They used to get done all the time without pay, just for the fun or the hell of it, much like your own free, fun animations. Why now is it only MLP?"

Dunno really, but honestly I don't see a stream of MLP animations. Bucket loads of art though..Truck loads even. I don't really know what to tell ya. For some reason it's almost as if it has the area effect of all fandoms rolled into one. O_O

I think it's a neat little show, but how that show swallowed nearly the whole of the internet and started a whole new rabid fandom in the form or Bronies (No offense to current Bronies who watch me) is beyond me. XD

Yeah, I'm not so much commenting on the flood of MLP animations (though I have seen a LOT of those!) but the general WTFery of the show as a whole in terms of all these adults getting so caught up in it. That flash was a neat little thing to see, well done and so on... but I wonder how its gotten so that no one seems to be doing much of anything else of late. An example is how I sometimes like to browse through e621 for art. I tried a search on "horse", and got 215 pages of results. When I added "-my_little_pony" to the search, the resulting pages dropped to 64. o.o;

Dang...that was a really well-made animation, to be sure. :) Haven't seen a furry/anthro/pony/etc. animation like that anywhere in quite a while, so this was quite a treat to see!
