On a good note

Musings from a skunkcat are not always meant to be taken seriously... unless they are... it's not a perfect system!
Didn't even put this in the journals, frakken teeth taking up my thoughts.
I got to see my mom for a little while, which was very nice. We went out to dinner on Sunday, and she was nice enough to buy me a pair of tennis shoes (my other ones were falling to bits...).
I get a call today, (just after getting insurance information that later I found out was not for me) and it's my mom!
Her load (she's a trucker) was supposed to be sent out on Monday, but instead, they got her a load in town to deliver. So, she calls, and J and I run out to BFE to see her.
She was nice enough to give me some money so I can buy a pair of jeans (I have a single pair, and they are now 4 sizes too big.. XD)
We helped save a chihuahua too! Somebody just abandoned this humane society chihuahua in a laundromat with no food and no water. My mom went there to do her laundry and found this little guy just shut up in there all by his lonesome.
So, we did some calling around, and hopefully, he'll get a new home. He was very skittish around J, so I think he had been hurt by a guy in his former home.
It was a very trying day yesterday. I didn't even go to class because I was so distraught. I also had gotten... bout 3 hours of sleep total for the last two days, so the four hours of class was spent in bed... I feel bad about missing my first class of the quarter, but I think it was a worthy reason. I honestly think I cried more today than I have in almost a month.
J doesn't know how to help me. He's at a loss. Yesterday morning, when I nearly fainted while brushing (how that happened is I accidentally pushed the bristles right into the nerve), he just held me tight as I sobbed for an hour, until the aleve kicked in. He took work off yesterday to help me get around to the dentist, if I could have gone.
I really wish it were all easier, this stupid crap going on with me. J's been a gem, putting up with all this...

Glad you got a new pair of jeans and I hope you can get the puppy into a good home :3
Haven't got the jeans yet... looking forward to the shoppings.
I think my mom stayed until somebody came to pick up the little puppy from the Humane Society.
i dunno exactly how it works, and i don't really wanna know...
alot different around here anyway, i'm saddened to hear you have to be in great pain because... money's short?
it's idiotic.
grr.
Teeth pain = worst pain. Ever.
Aw, I wonder if the owners may have forgotten....but then..if they actually cared enough about it, no way they could have forgotten it was there. It's good you guys were there to help. I know a similar story like that, I'd tell it but it hasn't ended yet.
