Back around October, I started taking a few courses to be able to get my smog inspector license. Fast forward to last friday, the 27th. After passing all the classes over at CIAT, and mailing off the application to the State of California Bureau of Automotive Repair, I took the proctored exam last Friday for my smog license. An exam I successfully passed the first time. Which, given how it had taken me six times to completely pass my brake and lamp adjuster license exams, should have surprised me. But meh. Meh, I say!
So now, I am professionally licensed to perform smog inspections in the state of California.
Given that, my ability to attend future furry conventions may take a nose dive. In fact, general furry meetings may also go down, especially if they happen to take place Saturdays, days which I'm working. But at least I'll have a job to look forward to, at least until the end of the year. So that's good.
So, what's new with you guys?
