Furry is any combination of animal and human characteristics. Nekos are furry. Lion King lions, my little ponies, and Bolt is furry.

Whether the fans of those things allow themselves to be considered part of the furry FANDOM is another question, but the basic concepts are furry/anthro/what have you.

You can be furry if you walk the walk and talk the talk, but to the naked eye, it's hard to tell, except by stance and pose, action and reaction, if someone's acting cat like, lion like, or wolf like.
