How furry is furry?

Just curious what you consider furry. Do you think cat ears would qualify, or do you think it doesn't count until paws and snouts are present?
Whether the fans of those things allow themselves to be considered part of the furry FANDOM is another question, but the basic concepts are furry/anthro/what have you.
I can look and feel very furry, by standing on the front ball of my feet, the pad right behind my toes, like a proper animal does.
