Most songs go for like $1-$2 a piece, and if the price is right, there should be no reason why people wouldn't buy your music.

Truth is, your music is really good and definitely worth money.

Especially if it's high-quality sound files.

Preview clips are a good idea, since people like to know exactly what they're getting.

I say this is a great idea, and from what I can tell, you aren't losing anything by doing it.

Go for it. It never hurts to try, who knows, it might go viral and you could make a lot of money.

Or not, it just depends.

Just be wary of copyrights, since it's always possible to get screwed over when you put yourself on the market.

Egh. Copyrights. I don't know a damn thing about patents, except that I've heard a bit about expenses associated and paperwork, blah blah blah... doesn't sound fun. :c

I don't know much about it either, but there are ways to avoid the paperwork from what I hear.

There are copyright offices online that you can go through.

As far as I know, it doesn't cost that much.

Given that it's mostly dance music, I don't know that it's be right for a physical CD. MP3s, I can definitely sell, and it won't cost me the fees for manufacturing CDs and cases, artwork, etc.
Speaking of which, there are a few MP3s on my ReverbNation profile for sale now ^^; They're 99¢ apiece, all remastered and CD-quality. :D
