Not a full-on nerdgasm, as I'm not a hardcore enough fan. My main experience with Thanos is the fact that he's jealous of Deadpool's relationship with Death, and the fact that Squirrel Girl kicked his ass (no matter what bullshit retcon they later tried to pull). Still was fun recognizing him.

Thanos! Yup the next Avengers movie is going to rock my world! Even more then this one did! The infinity gauntlet is my favorite marvel arch so far! I hope they tell that story, though it is kind of intense. Not sure how they would pull it off! Though the Avengers kind of get their asses kicked in that story. I kind of like and prefer how much ass kicking they did in this first movie! So it will be interesting. To answer your question, I am still nerdgasming!

As did I. I went with a friend to see it who doesn't read comics but I was so damn excited I couldn't help but go into great detail about who that was. He was curious for all of 2 seconds I think, then I may have bored him a bit. ha. Can't help it, this shit is what I have always been waiting for!

Pym and vision have to make an appearence. Though I suppose you can't have vision without telling the Ultimo story first. Wolverine for sure! But then maybe people would get confused. Hey, isn't that guy in the X-men!? Why yes he is. So many characters have been Avengers at one point in time. I'd be happy to see any of em!

Ha, ha! Mine didn't turn up to maximum until the Iron Man Thor fight, then my brain was like "Shit son, this is really happening!" XD

When I saw him, I was like "omfg.... the gems! The GEMS!" He's like a character I haven't seen in the Non-Comic Marvel Universe (not counting Super Hero Squad). for a while! I thought they would have gone with the Skrulls since they are using them in the Avengers cartoon and it was their choice to bring in 'popular' characters in MvC3, hence why there was one in there... so to see him totally took me by surprised. Was not expecting him, but now that I've seen it, I bloody want Avengers 2 already! Even if it takes a while! <3

Agreed! It was bad enough that the fight scenes in the first Ghost Rider were shit but they couldn't even have Darkheart in his demon form. Hell, it should had a sick fight scene at the end with the two Ghost Rider and Darkheart but I guess they were too lazy or under budget or both.

Now if Ultron had shown up somewhere or if we saw a clip of Spiderman or the F4 fighting in the streets of New York, then THAT would have caused me to spooge my nerd juice all over the rows in front of me.

I fucking hate when that happens. Speaking of the F4, I heard a reboot was in talks. Don't know how far along it is though.

Most of the other Marvel titles have had multiple sequels, but F4 seems to have tapered off after the second one. Not sure if they couldn't re-sign the existing actors or just felt the set story was a dead end. Personally I wasn't very fond of the two F4 movies, so a reboot might be a good idea.

I felt they got the spirit of the comic and some of the characters (Well, the Thing and Human Torch) really well. But yeah, casting and story needs a serious overhaul.
