Did the guy told you what the problem was?
He cleaned out the fans proberly for me sense I wasen't able to clean those myself.
He basicly reinstalled windows and it fixed the issue so it was something wrong with the software? The guy that gave it back to me actually wasen't the one working on it, so we were both unsure. But it's working fine now and that's all I need to know ;u;
