I'd suggest cutting out cable. It's what we did.

Sadly cutting out Cable also means that we will lose access to the internet as well for the most part we cannot have the internet without Cable because we run on Cox which is a Cable Modem.

And switching providers isn't an option?

Could try but my mom wants to stick with Cox for the most part, she haaaaaaaaaaaates anything else but it. But, for the most part I'm attempting to get into college which might provide help if I can get everything squared away.

Ah jeez this is awful news I'll really miss you. I wish I could help out but donations would only go so far really since you need that much money on a monthly basis.
