Her name is Marie. Cauchemar means "nightmare". Origins aside, she's basically been given an overdose of a supernatural gargoyle venom. Strong (strong enough to control a chakat, even a big one) and supple, but hard to hurt, her flesh cracks and breaks like stone instead of tearing or ripping when she's injured. She temporarily grows more gargoylike attributes at any point of injury - scales and plating, claws, spikes, horns, that sort of thing.
'Marie's wings are flexible. She can bend them individually like fingers. She likes using them to wrap around people, among other things.
She generates the same gargoyle venom that made her, and can deliver it by kissing, or drain it from the tip of a horn to feed to someone or put on her nails or wingtips. It lets her control her prey, and makes them a bit more like her, depending on dosage. A little, and someone becomes a strong zombie. A medium amount, and they become a statue. A LOT, and they become like her, all their worst traits brought to the surface, inhibitions wrecked, and suddenly having enough strength and stamina to make that a serious issue.
'Marie herself is crazier than a bag of cats. She will focus obsessively on someone she likes, and is the type to tie a prospective date to a chair just so she can sit on his lap and violate him. She's biker trash with superpowers and a total lack of understanding of personal space. Minions who know her are absolutely terrified of her taking interest in them, but the worst thing they can do is act blase around her, because Marie hates being bored. And nothing cures boredom like doing awful things to people.

And yes, she does use handcuffs and other restraints. She takes them from cops.

Next is Oubliette. No ref as yet. Oubliette is dead skinny. In an anthropomorphic setting, she is a lop-eared bunny with white fur and a black "mask" and eartips. Her real name is unknown. She wear black leather: knee-high boots or lace-ups around her calves, a miniskirt slit up one side, and a short corset. Her eyes are usually obscured by a small, dense cloud of black fog. She often has submissives clinging to her or even licking her boots clean.

Oubliette is a telepath who uses a visible dark energy to alter peoples' minds; specifically, she causes short-term amnesia. She can cripple enemies by making them forget where they are over and over. She can also use the dark energy to form restraints and blindfolds of black fog. She loves controlling others, and will offer them peace in exchange for turning themselves over to her. Pets flock to her to be soothed, becoming addicts. She can also make an unwilling slave; Oubliette will let a victim "wake up" over and over again while being degraded, until they get used to it. She'll make sure to let them awaken during the most pleasurable parts to help train them. Not necessarily one to do these things herself (she isn't very strong), Oubliette will work with a partner who does the physical end.

Oubliette is a danger freak, a lion tamer at heart. She will enthusiastically go after very dangerous targets, and has gotten hurt very badly doing so in the past.
