So I feel severly disrespected.
I go to work today at the tequila bar and the manager tells me that me and the other runner should decide who takes the day off and because he doesnt need both of us today. I say I might go if I can get more hours this week. His response was to look at the new schedule made by the owners (he usually makes it). He tells me it is from here on out the permanent schedule. I look at it and find that I am not on it AT ALL . I ask him, "you mean this schedule the one I am not on is permanent?" he says "we can't afford to give a lot of employees hours" (mind you I only work sunday's I barely cost them a cent). He told me to call the owners.
What I am pissed off about is the following:
1) That no one gave me the decency of telling me I had been cut. That no one owned up to it.
2) that no put their neck out for me when they saw the new schedule. no one said "hey you guys forget that employee who has trained our other runners and worked here for a year and has only messed up twice"
3) That I have been insulted by this company before. One of the managers who I love but hate that he does this likes to call me tinkerbell. Mind you he calls a straight employee the same name, I find it insulting on the account that I am gay and he only started calling me that after he found out I was gay. Yes I told him to stop once and yes he did but then he started it again. (the second time was over the phone in private convo I have no one to attest to the fact that he called me this). But yeah....

So am I angry? yes
But more so I feel severely disrespected <whimpers>
