XD It is simple, You just click on upload in the upper right hand corner of the main page.

If you have a cell phone video you can upload the video from there. Send the video from your phone to your email, then save the video in the video file. When you go to upload a video to You tube, click the file you wish to upload it from. It should be in your video saving file.
